Stuart McLean (M.S.Ed TESOL) develops the pedagogical and linguistic theory behind the site. He is an instructor at Osaka Jogakuin University, and an Applied Linguistics doctoral student at Kansai University.
Paul Raine (M.A. TESOL) handles the design and technical implementation of the site. He is an award-winning teacher, presenter, author. He is particularly interested in Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL), and currently teaches at two universities in the Tokyo area.
